Shipping policy
We strive to process all orders on the same day or next day. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation e-mail. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped, and tracking information will be provided at that time. Please keep in mind that delivery time depends on our delivery partner’s ability, and normally varies between 3 to 5 business days within New Zealand (with additional time for rural deliveries). All New Zealand orders incur a flat shipping fee of $10, which includes rural addresses and PO boxes.
